we need 5500 pcs of Pitch Pine Wooden sleepers Creosote Treatment Minimum 5 mm (WHL=250*200*2600mm) with steel plate as anti splitting device Time : 60Days for delivery Conditions for the inspection process: 1- Preparing the inspection place with good ventilation as well as good heating according to the weather condition at the time of inspection. 2- Placing the goods in a hierarchical manner in reversed rows, which helps to get rid of excess moisture, as the humidity at the time of inspection must be less than 35 % 3- It is necessary to follow the specification attached to the contract, which shows the required size of the sleeper, as well as the number of wooden knots allowed in one sleeper and the diameter of each knot 4- All the sleepers should be the same in dimensions, color and shape of the wood chopping grain 5- The supplier must provide the pallet on which the sleepers are placed for examination, as well as the auxiliary workers or special machines for the possibility of turning the sleepers to inspect them from all sides. 6- The cutting of the sleepers must be equal on all sides, and all edges are at a right angle of 90 degrees. 8-A means of measuring the dimensions of the sleepers must be available, and it is preferable to have a metal scale of high-quality calibration. 9-There must be a means to test the flatness of the surface of the sleepers from both ends.
